At Peckham Rye, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid returns label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
